Player space terms and data
What the player space does, what it keeps and what you can do there.
What the space does
It shows you the photos, clips and voice notes a game server hosted with Aperture sent with one of your identifiers (Discord, Steam or Cfx.re), once that server chose to open the space to its players. The media stay under the responsibility of the server that hosts them.
What we keep
The identifier of each account you link, the name that account shows, when you last signed in, and when you accepted these terms and confirmed your age. No password, no e-mail address. The access Discord or Cfx.re gives is revoked as soon as the identifier is read.
Why
To show you your media, because you ask for it by opening your space. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising, and we do not write to you.
For how long
Until you delete your space, from My account. Deleting is immediate.
Age
The space is for people aged 15 or older: that is the minimum age these terms set. It follows the age from which French law lets a minor consent alone to the processing of their data (article 45 of the French data protection act).
Your rights
You can delete your space at any time. For a media (having it removed, getting a copy), ask the server that hosts it: that server decides about its media. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
These terms sum the space up. Our privacy policy details each processing, your rights and how to use them. Read the privacy policy
