Reporting illegal content
Aperture hosts files its customers send from their game servers. If you believe one of them is illegal, or that it shows you without your consent, report it with the report form (article 16 of the DSA): give the exact address of the content and explain what is wrong with it.
Every report is reviewed by a person. The form gives you a reference and the address of a page where you can follow how it is handled, then read the decision taken.
Presenting content as illegal while knowing this to be false, in order to have it removed or its distribution stopped, is punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of €15,000 (article 6, VII of the LCEN).
If someone is in immediate danger, call 17 or 112.
Prices
The prices of the offers are on the pricing page, VAT included. No payment takes place on the site: a paid offer is activated by an operator once its payment has been agreed with Aperture.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the texts, the interface, the logos and the illustrations of this site belong to Aperture or its licensors. Reproducing or performing them, in whole or in part, without permission is prohibited (articles L122-4 and L335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
The hosted files belong to the organisations that send them, or to the people they hold their rights from: Aperture hosts and delivers them on their behalf, without becoming their owner.
FiveM, RedM, Minecraft, Garry's Mod and the other names of games or software mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Aperture is affiliated with none of them.
The typefaces of the site are distributed under the SIL Open Font License, and served by the site itself.
Personal data and cookies
How Aperture processes your personal data, and the rights you have, are described in the privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage are detailed in the cookie policy. None of them is used for advertising or audience measurement, which is why no banner asks for your consent.
Consumer mediation
A consumer may turn to a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute with Aperture, after first trying to resolve it directly through a written complaint (articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code).
No consumer mediator has been appointed so far. A complaint can be sent to Aperture through the contact details on this page. The mediator Aperture answers to will be named here before any paid offer is sold to a consumer.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law. The rules that apply to the use of the service, and to any dispute arising from it, are set out in the terms of use.
